Terms and Conditions
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards, certified or cashier's checks, or money orders. Add 6% PA sales tax or provide tax exemption number for orders shipped within Pennsylvania.
SHIPPING: UPS shipments up to 10 lbs are $7.95 per order plus $.35 per $100 (for insurance) within the continental U.S. Additional costs for heavier items, rush delivery, other destinations, or alternate carriers will be given per quote. Your sales rep. will inform you if additional charges apply.
AVAILABILITY: Because of space limitations, not all items are on display in our store; inventory also changes daily. Please call ahead if you are coming to see a specific item.
WARRANTY: 30-day warranty, except on items rated "WO" or sold as-is. We will refund, repair, or replace with identical equipment at our option. void if equipment is misused. return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS: 30-day return privilege, except on items sold as-is. New equipment must be in new condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories. Used equipment must be in condition as purchased.
CONSIGNMENTS: Carlisle Camera no longer sells equipment on consignment. Trades are always welcome. We pay fair wholesale prices for modern used equipment in good condition.
LIABILITY: Our used equipment is thoroughly checked before being made available for sale. It is your responsibility, however, to test each item and know how to operate it before using it professionally or for an important occasion. CCS is not liable for financial or emotional distress caused by equipment failure.
