Print Scan Services

Wondering what you can do with all those boxes, bags, and envelopes, of old photographs? Bring them to Carlisle Camera! We can transfer or “digitize” your prints to archival grade (100-year data retention) CD’s or DVD’s. Each print is scanned individually and handled carefully.

Print Transfer Prices:

• Minimum print size is 2x3, maximum print size is 8.5x11.
• Prints must be un-mounted and have NO adhesive residue on the back.
• Our print scans produce a JPEG file large enough to make prints up to 8x12.
• JPEG files on CD or DVD are intended for long term storage and viewing on your PC. If your primary interest is to play the CD or DVD in your home DVD player, we suggest adding the Slide-Show DVD option to your order.
• Average turn-around depends on the size of the order. Estimated times will be quoted when the order is placed.

What to do when you are ready to digitize your prints:

We can accept your prints in any form. Bring them in boxes, bags, or envelopes and we will take it from there. However, If you have a particular sequence, you must have them organized in the sequence that you desire. The best option would be to hand number each one on the back of the photo. When you are ready, bring them to our store or mail them to:
